A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment time. Notification of cancellation is considered a courtesy and gives enough time for someone else in need to take the appointment. You will also be provided with notice if we need to reschedule your appointment.

The late cancellation fee will incur a full-fee charge. Please provide as much notice as possible, once you become aware you are unable to attend and need to change your appointment time.
